‘We had the best day making our own wedding rings a couple of months ago (delayed from May). It was the most amazing experience and we are so glad that we managed to do it before our wedding last week. It's such a great feeling knowing we make our rings, it makes them that little bit more special. The day with Mark couldn't have gone any better, he was a great teacher and very patient. We felt relaxed, nothing was a rush and we had a laugh along the way. We cannot recommend doing this enough! I'm so glad I discovered you on Facebook when you first started up. We will be forever grateful for this experience and treasure our rings. Thanks again.’

‘We made our wedding rings yesterday and had the most amazing experience. Mark & Sarah are wonderful people with such interesting stories to tell and so much knowledge to share. The fact we got to make our own wedding rings completely from scratch was truly magical. Sam can't put a shelf up straight and I am super clumsy and yet we were able to create the most beautiful rings exactly how we wanted them. We cannot recommend the experience enough and highly encourage everyone to do it. Not getting married? Then find a reason to do it anyway! The experience is so worth it and it is hands-down the best thing we've done in years.’

‘We made our rings yesterday and I can not recommend Mark and this experience enough. It was a truly lovely day, made easy by Mark and his knowledge and expertise. His wife, Sarah was absolutely lovely making sure we all had what we needed and she had gotten a lovely lunch spread in for us. Mark was easy to work with and chat to, it was lovely hearing all of his stories about his apprenticeship and how he came into the business. This made it a very enjoyable day. Our rings are perfect and every time we look at them, we will now have such a cherished memory of our day together with Mark and Sarah at the jewellery cottage. If you are thinking about getting your wedding rings, you definitely need to visit here for the experience of making them yourselves, it truly is a wonderful experience. ‘I cannot exaggerate how brilliant our experience at The Jewellery Cottage was today. Mark and Sarah were so friendly, accommodating and professional around social distancing. From start to finish the day was clear, interesting and fun.
Mark was a fabulous teacher in helping make the rings but also explaining the processes and histories too. From the first step in creating the rings, setting up our lunch, taking some beautiful photos and presenting us with our much loved certificate at the end of the day, Mark and Sarah were just amazing.
All in all, we have created each other an absolutely perfect ring each that we will cherish forever. Thank you Mark and Sarah, we can’t wait to come and collect them soon!’
